1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the App Haus website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
App Haus provides custom software development services including web applications, mobile applications, Shopify integrations, and AI automation solutions. All services are provided on a project-by-project basis as outlined in individual project agreements.
3. Project Agreements
Each project engagement will be governed by a separate project agreement that outlines the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and other project-specific details. These terms and conditions apply in addition to any project agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due according to the milestone schedule outlined in the project proposal. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code and design deliverables created specifically for their project. App Haus retains the right to use general-purpose tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed during the engagement.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
App Haus's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
